- LabelNest: Data Processor / Service Provider Role
2. PROCESSING PURPOSES
Processing may include:
- Service delivery
- Data storage
- Monitoring workflows
- Intelligence generation
- HR workflows
- Reporting
3. SECURITY CONTROLS
Controls may include:
- Encryption
- Access controls
- Logging
- Authentication
4. SUBPROCESSORS
Subprocessors: [Disclosed to enterprise customers under agreement.]
5. CUSTOMER RIGHTS
Customers may request:
- Data export
- Deletion
- Access information
- Processing details
6. TERMINATION
Post-termination handling: [Defined per customer agreement; data returned or deleted within agreed retention windows.]
7. GOVERNING LAW
